Guest & Package Profile:This is a great option for nature lovers to discover the exhuberant Brazilian Amazon region in the surroundings of Manaus city. It is not recommended for young children.

When to go: All the year round. Dry season occurs between Sep and Dec (easier to see birds and other animals). Flood season occurs between Jan and Aug. Apr to Dec is the low season when is easier to see and tour around the “Igapós” – flooded forest regions. July is also considered high season.

ITINERARY - 4 DAYS / 3 NIGHTS

Ecopark offers 4 package options (E1, E2, E3 and E4), depending on the pick-up / drop-off times.

1st Day - Manaus / Lodge in the Amazon – Arrival in Brazil
E1 - Pick-up at 13h30 and transfer to the Amazon Ecopark Jungle Lodge (approximately ½ hour from the pier of the Tropical Hotel in Manaus). Check-in with welcome drink. Dinner and evening tour by canoe for Alligator Spotting.
E2 - Same as E1 above.
E3 - Pick-up at 08h30 and transfer to the Amazon Ecopark Jungle Lodge. Check-in with welcome drink. Visit to the Monkey Jungle. Lunch. After a short rest, visit to the home of the local Amazonian residents (“caboclos”). Dinner and evening tour by canoe for Alligator Spotting. Overnight at the lodge.
E4 - Same as E3 above.

2nd Day - Lodge in the Amazon
E1 - Breakfast followed by a Nature Hike. Lunch. After a short rest, visit to the home of the local Amazonian residents (“natives”), followed by a canoe tour with opportunity of fishing. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.
E2 - Same as E1 above.
E3 - Same as E1 above.
E4 - Same as E1 above

3rd Day - Lodge in the Amazon
E1 - Breakfast. Visit to the Monkey Forest. Lunch. Tour in canoes to observe local flora and fauna. Dinner. Overnight at the Lodge.
E2 - Breakfast and full day tour to the Meeting of the Waters with lunch. Arrival at the lodge by 17h30. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.
E3 - Same as E2 above.
E4 - Breakfast. Free time to enjoy the natural pools and swimming at the river bank. Lunch. After a short rest, tour in canoes to observe local flora & fauna. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

4th Day (Saturday) - Lodge in the Amazon / Manaus
E1 - Breakfast, check-out at 08h30 and full day tour to the Meeting of the Waters with lunch. Arrival in Manaus by 17h00.
E2 - Breakfast. Free time to enjoy natural pools and swimming at the river bank. Check-out at 11h30 and transfer to Manaus.
E3 - Breakfast. Free time to enjoy the natural pools and swimming at the river bank. Check-out at 11h30 and transfer to Manaus
E4 - Breakfast. Check out at 08h30 followed by full day tour to the Meeting of the Waters with lunch. Arrival in Manaus by 17h00.

INTERNATIONAL FLIGHT ALTERNATIVES

• This packaged trip starts and ends in the city of Manaus. Guests will have to arrive in Manaus International Airport (MAO) in the morning of Day 1 and leave Brazil back to their home country by the end of the program, from the same airport.
