There’s a good balance of city/nightlife, nature, culture/history/folklore and lots of entertainment options along the itinerary. It also represents a good sample of different Brazilian regions. Besides visiting one of the most important city of Brazil (Rio de Janeiro), passengers will be able to know the unique and worldwide famous Foz do Iguaçu (Iguassu Falls) and also Salvador, the Afro-Cultural capital of the country, with all its typical folklore, the Capoeira dancing/fight and the happy local people.
When to go: All the year round. Dec to Feb are the hottest months. Jun to Aug are the coldest. However, Salvador is hot throughout the whole year and Iguassu Falls represent a site to be visited independently of the weather conditions. Jan, Feb, Mar and July are considered high season.

1st Day – International Flight Arrival / Foz do Iguaçu
International Flight arrival in Iguassu (IGU). Transfer from airport to hotel. In the afternoon, Half-Day Tour to the Brazilian Side of the Iguassu Waterfalls Park. Free night. Overnight in Foz do Iguaçu.
2nd Day – Foz do Iguaçu
Breakfast at Hotel. Half Day Tour to the Argentinean Side of the Iguassu Waterfalls Park, including visits to the Inferior and Superior platforms and the “Devil’s Throat”. Free Night. Overnight in Foz do Iguaçu.
3rd Day – Foz do Iguaçu / Rio de Janeiro
Breakfast at hotel. Morning Transfer from Hotel to the airport (IGU) and departure to Rio de Janeiro. Arrival in Rio de Janeiro (GIG or SDU airports) and transfer to Hotel, with the rest of the day for guests to enjoy the city/beach. Free Night. Overnight in Rio de Janeiro.
4th Day – Rio de Janeiro
Breakfast at Hotel. Morning Half-Day Tour in Rio de Janeiro visiting the famous Sugar Loaf and its cable car, downtown historical attractions and the famous beaches. Afternoon and night at leisure. Overnight in Rio de Janeiro.
5th Day – Rio de Janeiro
Breakfast at Hotel. Morning Half-Day Tour to the Christ Statue (over the Corcovado Mountain) and the “Sambódromo” - where the most famous Carnival parade takes place. Afternoon at leisure. Overnight in Rio de Janeiro.

Breakfast at Hotel. Day at leisure. Overnight in Rio de Janeiro.
7th Day – Rio de Janeiro / Salvador
Breakfast at Hotel. Morning Transfer from Hotel to the airport (GIG or SDU) and departure to the warm city of Salvador. Arrival in Salvador (SSA). Transfer to Hotel. Free afternoon for guests to relax and enjoy the city. By-Night folklore Show and Dinner at “Solar do Unhão” (Dinner included). Overnight in Salvador.
8th Day – Salvador
Breakfast at Hotel. Departure to a Half Day historical city tour visiting the most important landmarks and ttractions of Salvador (Model Market, Bonfim Church, Lacerda Elevator, “Cidade Alta” & “Cidade Baixa”). Free Night for guests to relax. Overnight in Salvador.
9th Day – Salvador
Breakfast at Hotel. Day at leisure. Overnight in Salvador.
10th Day – Salvador / International Flight

DOMESTIC FLIGHTS ALTERNATIVES / AIR-PASS
The price of the domestic flights is not included in the package price. We recommend the purchase of a Brazilian Air Pass which has a lower cost than buying the local flights individually. If the airpass is not an option, Easygoing can also arrange the domestic flights.

INTERNATIONAL FLIGHT ALTERNATIVES
This tour starts in the city of Foz do Iguaçu and finishes in the city of Salvador. Guests will have to arrive in Iguassu International Airport (IGU) in the morning of Day 1 and leave Brazil back to their home country in the afternoon/night of Day 10 from Salvador (SSA), so an “open jaw” ticket is needed.
