Caipirinha and Cachaça master training
Caipirinha is a famous Brazilian drink. It is done with lime, sugar (the “real” sugar cane sugar) and cachaça, which is a Brazilian liquor. This training is pure entertainment and represents an excellent team building activity and also a lesson of Brazilian typical cultural elements.
THE ACTIVITY: A “connaisseur“ gives an introductory lesson about the Brazilian cachaça and explains all the steps and procedures to produce the “perfect” caipirinha. The group is divided into teams and each team produces its own drink following the original instructions. It takes place in a nice bar, with a good infrastructure and an amazing stock of different cachaça types from all over the country.

Coffee workshop
Although Colombia has invested in marketing campaigns and promoted their coffee as the best available in the market, Brazilian coffee is well known by the coffee specialists as the best coffee produced worldwide. This brief activity intends to teach the participants the basics about coffee by means of a lecture and coffee tasting. It takes place in a fancy coffee shop and is perfect to be combined with a city tour or to serve as a pause between two business appointments, for instance.
THE ACTIVITY: The lecture has the objective to teach and make the participants feel the coffee attributes, getting to know the differences among the grain types in terms of acidity, bitterness, etc. The lecture also intends to answer questions such as “What are the characteristics of the different types of coffee?”, “Where do the flavors come from?”, “Which coffees do you prefer?.”

Kart Race / Championship
Great activity for incentive groups in one of the best professional kart circuits of Brazil. This racing complex offers a great infra-structure with a meeting room for 150 people. The professional kart circuit can have many variations and be adjusted according to the skills of each group.
THE ACTIVITY: Each round should have a minimum of 15 pilots and a maximum of 20 pilots. It consists of a 10 min driving class, 10 min qualifying session and 20 min racing. The best pilots of each round will race again themselves in one final round.
